Kim Andersen

An experienced director, governance advisor, master trainer and executive coach over a number of countries and sectors, Kim Andersen has over three decades of experience at sitting for and consulting for private companies, small economies, family owned and built businesses and state owned enterprises. She specializes in independent board evaluations and governance advisory for developing economies, state owned enterprises and board capacity growth.

A certified master facilitator certified by Participlan, The Global Corporate Governance Forum (a Division of the World Bank and The Ethics Institute, Kim has an exceptional skillset that includes designing and building bespoke programs, facilitating training, appreciative inquiry, strategic, assessment and capacity incubators. Kim is experienced in several methodologies such as Dale Carnegie, Myers Briggs, Covey International, DDI and The American Management Association. She is a certified Ethics Officer and Project Facilitator, often facilitating sessions with executive teams to make key project decisions. An effective and experienced Executive Coach she has coached Chairman of Boards, CEO’s of listed Companies and high-ranking government Officials. Kim has particular expertise in facilitating top level capacity growth and cultures, building development and quality forums within organisations, organisation culture transformation and developing learning units and programs online and in person.
